Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Due Diligence process Cross sector
Maintain the TPI inventory file and support the business sponsors with the TPI Due Diligence Process Cross sector
Collect and provide metrics at Country/Sector level to the HCC Officers as assigned
Ensure the HCC requirements are adhered by the Business unites under responsibility through execution of review, approval and monitoring processes
Support the HCC Officer with implementation of business specific policies and SOPs and customization of global/regional policies & procedures and education & training materials to reflect local requirements
Provide relevant trainings and guidance on application of HCC principles and use of HCC systems to the business colleagues
Implement HCC training programs, including new employee orientation, periodic training on specialized subjects, and annual refresher training as assigned
Maintain employee certification and training attendance records
Serve as the first point of contact to the business colleagues for reviewing the local requests and documentation.
Act as a local expert in HCC area, and disseminate the resulting information, and requirements, to all levels of the franchise, through ongoing training and innovative methods of keeping compliance principles in everyone’s mind
Review and approval of HCC related activities in accordance with HCC Department responsibilities: fee-for-service, educational grants, charitable contribution, cross-border activities, engaging of new TPIs, etc.
Interface with Legal and other J&J company HCC representatives to share and align approaches to compliance
Trace and record unplanned deviations and support the HCC Officer in managing day-to-day inquiries, allegations and investigations
Support the HCC Officer with the self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies
Execute Testing & Monitoring plans and programs as assigned
Support the HCC Officer with preparations for Corporate Internal Audits
Lead or take part in HCC projects being assigned by the HCC Officer and/ or HCBI Council

Requirements:

Higher education
A minimum of 2-3 years post graduate experience in the field of Finance/ Internal Audit/ Legal or FCPA Compliance
Experience with leading multinational corporations is a plus
English - Upper-Intermediate
