  • Business trips support (avia/train tickets, hotel reservation, taxi booking)
  • Organizing translations of documents within companies.
  • Application for assets\property move in\ out.
  • Scanning / Copying
  • Checking readiness of the office for comfortable work, monitoring and maintaining office during the day.
  • Office supply.


  • Higher education
  • Fluent English
  • Personal abilities: Flexibility and self motivation. Dynamic and well-organized. Team player. Good communication skills.
  • Readiness to work irregular hours.
  • Advanced user of PC (MS Office Applications, Outlook), Printer, Phone, Fax.
